- Service preferences and estimated quantities
How We Protect Your Memories
We take the privacy of your content very seriously.
- None of our workstations have access to the internet
- USB ports are locked on all scanning workstations
- Workstation content can be copied only to the main server
- Final delivery happens from the main server after quality checks
- All pickups are sealed in tamper-proof bags
How We Use Your Information
Your contact details are used solely to coordinate pickups, share quotes and sample scans, and deliver your digitized files. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Digital download links remain active for 60 days. Backups on our servers are retained only as long as needed to complete your order unless you purchase extended Family Vault storage.
