Ordering
Placing an order online is free. An order number is generated which becomes the single point of contact until the entire process is completed.
Payment
You only pay after the sample review and complete scanning are done. We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, and NEFT.
Pickup & Delivery
Free contactless pickup and delivery is available across Bangalore. For orders outside Bangalore, courier is the only option. Your originals are returned alongside your new files.
Handling Charges
An album handling charge of ₹2 per photo applies when photos need to be removed from glued albums. Retouching is charged at ₹2 per photo.
Liability
We follow a custom-built safety process to protect your content throughout, including air-gapped workstations and tamper-proof bags. While we treat every memory as our own, our liability is limited to the cost of the scanning services.
